Located eight kilometres beyond Sigatoka Town, past the final stretch of sugar cane fields and just across the Queens Road from the Sunset Strip is Kula Eco Park (10am-4pm daily; F$20) Fiji's largest collection of native wildlife.

The Park is nicely situated in a temperate forest with self-guided board-walks meandering through aviary cages, reptile enclosures and a reef fish aquarium. The large crested iguanas are its highlight, endemic to Fiji, rarely seen and limited to only a couple of islands off Vanua Levu and Yasawa.
