Our Payment Terms:
A 20% deposit is required for all booking confirmations payable by credit card ONLY.
Full payment is required 12 weeks before your arrival payable ONLY to Beautiful Pacific by Mastercard or Visa.
Payment by bank transfer can be arranged by emailing accounts@beautifulpacific.com. Payment by cash is NOT accepted.
All payments within 12 weeks of arrival must be paid in full by Mastercard or Visa
with an late booking fee of 3.5% applied.
All payments are taken in F$ and are converted to your currency by your bank at the time of transaction.

Our Cancellation Policy:
All resorts have different cancellation policies. We will honour the cancellation policy of each individual resort and pass on to you all refunded monies less a 10% administration fee.
For all other payments, our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival receive a full refund less a 10% admin fee;
Cancellations between 60 days and 30 days receive an 80% refund less a 10% admin fee;
Cancellations between 29 days and 15 days receive a 50% refund less a 10% admin fee;
All cancellation s must be notified in writing, addressed to accounts@beautifulpacific.com
In order to protect yourself against cancellations, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
