Location
Nadi Airport is the tourist hub of Fiji located on the sunny west coast of Viti Levu, the big island of Fiji Nadi stretches along an inland for 10-km between the airport and town with two popular beach suburbs: Wailoaloa, a quiet suburb where you'll find affordable beach accommodation and Denarau Island, an upmarket lifestyle complex with large hotels. Nadi has a sprawling population of around 30,000 and is surrounded by sugar cane fields.

Travel Info
Local buses are extremely cheap and run continuously between 6am and 6pm between the airport and town, and taxis are also affordable and always available. Express buses depart hourly to the Coral Coast and Suva. The domestic airport is in the same terminal as the international airport with daily flights to over 20 islands.
Accommodation
There's plenty of accommodation along the inland road between Nadi Airport and Nadi Town, with backpacker hostels and guesthouses at Wailoaloa Beach plus five large international brand hotels on the sterile lifestyle resort complex of Denarau Island.
