Aitutaki Lagoon Resort Cook Islands is located on a small private island across a channel from the main island of Aitutaki making it ideal for weddings, honeymoons and romantic holidays. The resort features a lovely beachside restaurant, tropical plants and lots of coconut palms. The beachfront is exquisite and there's a lovely lagoon in front protected by a sand spit that makes the ideal spot to sunbath. There's a small pool and on site moped hire enables guests to explore the main island of Aitutaki.

Room Information

The Beachfront Bungalows are located centrally to all resort facilities and have super king size bed, air-conditioning, satellite TV/DVD player, in-room movies, CD player/radio alarm clock, IDD phone, in-room safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, fridge, tea / coffee making facilities and private sundeck with outdoor furniture.
The Premium Beach Front Bungalows have similar styled interiors to the Beachfront Bungalows offering super king size bed, air-conditioning, satellite TV/DVD player, in-room movies, CD player, fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer and bathrobes. The Premium Beachfront Bungalows have private verandas with sun loungers overlooking the lagoon
The Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a super king size bed sitting on a raised platform, affording a view directly from the bedroom across the sitting area and out towards the spectacular vista of world-famous Aitutaki Lagoon. Other features include air-conditioning, satellite TV/DVD player, in-room movies, CD player, IDD phone, fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, cool waffle-cotton bathrobes, hairdryer, and private veranda with sunloungers
The seven Overwater Bungalows are attached to the foreshore with only the veranda perched over the water and have steps leading down into the lagoon - these are are located at the far end of the property facing the lagoon and offshore motu islands. Interiors have wide-opening sliding doors looking out onto the lagoonfront verandah, a super king size bed, satellite TV/DVD player, in-room movies, CD player/radio alarm clock, and in-room safe. The spacious bungalow bathroom features an open-air shower in a private walled garden, cotton-waffle bathrobes, hairdryer, iron / board and his+hers vanities, as well as plenty of luggage and wardrobe space. The bungalow also offers coffee / tea making facilities and a mini refrigerator, with a personalised mini bar service to order

Hotel Amenities

Aitutaki Beach Resort has a fine sand beach fronting two sides of the island and backed by coconut palms making this one of the prettiest resort beaches on Aitutaki. There's a deep channel for swimming on one side of the resort and small sand bars to wade out to at low tide.

All bungalows are traditionally decorated with thatch roofs, hand woven pandanus wall matting, coconut hemp rope and locally carved artifacts.
