Beautiful Pacific operates a travel wholesale and publishing business through which it provides an inbound travel agency to the general public as well as a specialist travel wholesale outlet to third party global travel agents. The Beautiful Pacific Team
Beautiful Pacific has two hands-on company directors and seven full time staff. Ian Osborn is the Production Director, producing the visually arresting and informative websites and managing all information technology aspects of the company. Ian is originally from England and has a 1st class BSc Degree in Publishing and Media. Harieta Osborn is the Managing Director of Beautiful Pacific and co-ordinates the Reservations and Accounts departments. Harieta is from the Polynesian Island of Rotuma and has lived in Fiji for much of her life, previously working as a school teacher. Harieta and Ian also spend time visiting hotels around the South Pacific to ensure the information we provide is accurate and that they meet the standards expected of our guests.
The reservation team at Beautiful Pacific include Isapeti, Teresia, Taniela, Viniana, Lynette and Maria who meets all our Fiji-bound clients at Nadi International Airport. Together, we strive to provide you with a memorable holiday experience.

Beautiful Pacific is one of several inbound travel agents based at Nadi Airport, and whilst we are a small family owned business, our company generates over 1000 holiday bookings around the South Pacific each year. Can we be trusted you with your Credit Card details?
It is company policy that all deposits be paid by credit card which offers a fast and safe payment method for both parties (payment by bank transfer is accepted on special request, payable to Beautiful Pacific account name at ANZ bank). Beautiful Pacific banks exclusively with ANZ (Australia and New Zealand Banking) one of Australia's "Big Four" banks and this alone provides you with the highest level of security. Once you have provided our staff with your credit card details, they are stored off our computers in a secure filing cabinet, and three months after your holiday has been completed, the paper form is shredded. Beautiful Pacific will not distribute your credit card details to any third party unless we have your authorization to do so.
Our Guarantee
Beautiful Pacific guarantees to adhere to the refund policy of each individual property it promotes. If for some reason you wish to cancel your booking through us, we will offer you a refund as per the resort policy, less a 10% handling fee to cover the cost of credit card fee processing (4% is charged by our bank each way).
