BOOKING POLICY
On making a booking request, your booking with the selected travel service provider (s) will be undertaken by Beautiful Pacific Ltd. Once your booking request has been received, Beautiful Pacific will endeavour to secure your reservation with the travel service provider (s) without delay and will confirm your booking status within 24 hours. Payment will not be taken by Beautiful Pacific until a booking confirmation has been received from the travel provider (s). In the event the travel provider cannot confirm your booking, Beautiful Pacific will immediately notify you by email using the email provided and will suggest an alternative room category, or if these too are unavailable, an alternative resort. You are under no obligation to accept the alternative recommendations made by Beautiful Pacific and Beautiful Pacific will NOT take any payment from your credit card.
PAYMENT TERMS
On successfully confirming the reservation with the travel provider, Beautiful Pacific will charge a deposit of 20% of the full Quotation Rate. The deposit is payable ONLY by Visa, MasterCard or JCB credit card. By accepting these terms & conditions, you hereby authorize Beautiful Pacific to immediately debit the 20% deposit charge as well as authorizing the full payment (Quotation Rate less Deposit) which is due and will be debited 12 weeks prior to your arrival date, payable using the same credit card details supplied. Should your arrival date be within 12 weeks of the date of booking request, full payment will be taken to secure the booking. If your arrival date is greater than 12 weeks from the date of booking request, payment by bank transfer can be accepted by prior arrangement by emailing reseravtions@beautifulpacific.com. All credit card payments are transacted in F$ using the exchange rate provided by our bank, ANZ bank. Payment by cash is NOT accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Beautiful Pacific has negotiated travel wholesale contracts with all listed travel service providers, each with independent terms and conditions and cancellation policies. Beautiful Pacific will honour the cancellation policy of each and every travel service provider and will pass on to you all refunded monies less a 10% administration fee to cover the cost of credit card charges incurred and other administration fees. As a guideline, the cancellation policy for the majority of travel service providers is as follows:
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival receive a full refund less a 10% admin fee;
Cancellations between 60 days and 30 days receive an 80% refund less a 10% admin fee;
Cancellations between 29 days and 15 days receive a 50% refund less a 10% admin fee;
Cancellations within 14 days or no shows receive no refund.
All cancellations must be notified to Beautiful Pacific by email, addressed to reservations@beautifulpacific.com
TRAVEL INSURANCE
In order to protect yourself and your travel party against any cancellations or unforeseen events, Beautiful Pacific strongly recommends you purchase travel insurance from your local insurance company.
NO LIABILITY
The information published in this website has been put together by Beautiful Pacific with great care and diligence. However, Beautiful Pacific does not guarantee the information will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the accommodation details and all other information including information relating to travel services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Beautiful Pacific shall not be held responsible for any additional expenses, loss of services rendered or any inconveniences that may be caused directly or indirectly by events including but not limited to: late arrival or departure of flights, boats or any other transportation whether or not booked by Beautiful Pacific; delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, acts of god, acts of government, or by machinery or equipment failure.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Beautiful Pacific and its employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the website or through any services booked using this website.
AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You hereby confirm that you are financially responsible for all payments requested by Beautiful Pacific for the services you have requested, that you have full authorization for the credit card details you have submitted, and that you authorize Beautiful Pacific to use the credit card details to make payments for services requested .
PRIVACY POLICY
In order to process a booking for you, we require personal details including your name, nationality, your gender, phone number, email address and credit card details. Apart from holding these details for our own records, we will also pass these details on to the relevant travel service provider (s) you have requested us to make a booking for.
DISCLAIMER
All use of this website by you is at your own risk. You assume complete responsibility for any loss resulting from your downloading, use of, referring to or relying on information or services provided on this website. You agree that Beautiful Pacific and the providers of Telecommunication and Network Services to Beautiful pacific will not be liable for damages arising after your use or inability to use this website and you hereby waive any and all claims based on contract, tort or other grounds.
